Morgon-ritualer
Now I just worked out and you all are aware of that feeling right after, right? It's feels so indescribably good! My entire body is so relaxed! I ran 8 km and luckly it's was not raining during that time. When I got home I did some strength exercises to finish up with some yoga positions and stretching. Now I'm having raspberries, yoghurt and coconut flakes for breakfast. Nomnom!
